Your brand, your configuration, your data and your domain are yours. The platform itself is ours. It is multi-tenant, which means one shared codebase serves every customer at once — so there is no separate copy to hand over, and it is also why you receive features built for other brokerages at no extra cost.

It stays yours. We keep your data for 6 months after your subscription ends, and you can request a copy at any point during that window. We will provide it in a common, machine-readable format.

After 6 months we may delete it, so please make your request before the period ends.

Yes, but never without warning. We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your subscription. If you do not wish to accept a new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
