Your brand, your content, your data and your domain are yours. Appomark builds, hosts and operates the platform you subscribe to. Every customer gets the features built for other brokerages at no extra cost.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee on any plan. You pay the monthly price shown, starting the day you sign up.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, no minimum term, no lock-in. We give at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
Is my website built from a template?
No. Every website is designed around the brand it belongs to, with your photos, your listings and your story. Most are live in days, and we keep them updated and secure after launch.
Does the platform replace tools like our team chat?
Yes. Messaging is built in: announcements to a team or the whole brokerage with reactions, channels for each team and office, and direct messages between agents.
What happens to our data if we leave?
We keep it for 6 months and give you a copy on request in a common, machine-readable format. Domains are registered in your name and transfer on request.
Does the platform work for multi-state brokerages?
Yes. Onboarding templates are built per state and per team, so an agent in Texas and an agent in California each see the right steps, files and approvals.
